Job shadow
UC’s Job Shadow Program enables employers and UC alumni and friends to host a student from the University of Cincinnati for a day in their workplace. Take one day to mentor and provide insight about your field, while providing a student with firsthand information about your organization, job, and industry.
Student field trips Worksite tours
A few times a year, we rent a bus and take students to visit employers.
This is usually a best fit for employers located within the Cincinnati and Columbus areas who hire students of diverse academic backgrounds into a variety of roles, have a large or interesting facility to tour, are willing to spend time crafting a meaningful, active agenda for the visit, and can invest financially to support transportation and meal costs.
Virtual tours
More than a simple field trip or site visit, virtual workplace tours build awareness of your organization, corporate culture, industry, and career opportunities. A virtual workplace tour is conducted at your workplace via video and shared with students in the classroom.

Hire a student
When you hire a UC student, you’re investing in the next generation while
gaining access to the latest talent pool of potential employees, before they enter the post-grad job market. Introduce students to your organization through a co-op or internship.
