Headquartered in the 1819 Innovation Hub, Generation NOW has cultivated community partnerships with many local business, large firms, and the USA Regional Chamber. As a member, employers have access to workshops and coaching for their employees and young professionals are provided valuable resources to thrive in a diverse and inclusive workforce. Founder and CEO Renika J. Smiley is currently working with UC’s Office of Professional and Continuing Education Director, Janet Staderman, to see how Generation NOW can be involved with UC’s Cincinnati Talent Acceleration Program (CTAP).
