VIRTUAL INNOVATION STUDIO
Leverage student talent on a short-term, team-based project that’s completed remotely with faculty guidance and support. Our team will work with you to outline project goals and deliverables that empower student teams to leverage design thinking and cross-disciplinary collaboration to explore new ideas and uncover innovation opportunities.
Take part in a one-of-a-kind learning opportunity – pairing students of diverse majors in trans-disciplinary teams to collaborate with faculty and outside experts in solving today’s problems and developing tomorrow’s workforce in unique and relevant ways.
UC FORWARD CO-LABS
Through UC Forward Co-LABs, students work in interdisciplinary teams with other students, experts, and outside collaborators in faculty-led projects to find solutions that address the impact of COVID-19 on the world around us. Students contribute their unique skills and experience and benefit from faculty mentorship.
Students learn a theory in class and then put it to work in a community setting so that all persons involved in the learning experience (students, community members, and faculty) benefit.
Capstone projects are a senior year experience that enables students to transition to a profession or graduate school and continue to pursue life-long learning and social responsibility. As part of their capstone, students can earn industry-recognized credentials and practice their skills by completing a project for your organization.
Sponsor a special project or student challenge to benefit a non-profit, test a product, or solve a problem in a learn-fast environment. From making blankets for the homeless to developing socially responsible technology to benefit our world, UC students are highly skilled, creative, and collaborative.
